IT Specialist
Twisthink is looking for an enthusiastic IT specialist to support the growth of our information technology systems and capabilities. In this role you will assist the day-to-day IT support for our team while also helping to maintain, upgrade, and expand our IT capabilities. - Provide day-to-day IT support for the internal Twisthink team’s use of our IT systems
- Respond to calls, emails and walk-up IT related questions or issues
- Maintain Twisthink servers and systems – Shared Drives, VPN, Microsoft 365, Slack
- Perform audits of Twisthink IT systems
- Support the implementation of new tools and systems
- Setup and manage new IT assets (largely new laptops)
- Assist with onboarding new users
- Research and learn about new IT best practices, standards, and products
- Build relationships and collaborate with vendors
Experience
and Skill
- 3-5 years of experience and focus on design strategy and human centered design.
- Providing understanding of design research gaining qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Effective communication skills and ability to share core ideas with a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrates poise, competence, and hospitality when engaging clients face-to-face.
- Ability to visualize ideas anywhere from journey mapping to concept ideation.
- Desire to work effectively in a fast-paced project oriented entrepreneurial environment.
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Miro etc.
