One of the primary objectives of the Shared Spaces program is to purposefully break down historical impediments to innovation and concept development and advancement. One such structural impediment, among many, is the traditional deployment of confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements in association with any discussions of new concepts and ideas. Shared Spaces does not include those structures and agreements as part of participation. As such, the sharing of ideas and concepts is at your own risk and Twisthink cannot be held responsible for any outcomes of doing so. However, it is Twisthink’s intention to create and work to optimize an environment in which the sharing of new concepts and ideas is encouraged and appropriately respected in the spirit of true collaboration. To be clear, the activities to be engaged in through Shared Spaces are not a legal joint venture or co-development structure. Such formal arrangements may ultimately be derived from Shared Spaces activities. However, those would be separately addressed at such time. Rather, Shared Spaces is meant to facilitate collaboration in the most informal and purest sense possible. It is acknowledged and agreed that the ideas and views expressed in Shared Spaces do not represent the official ideas and views of the company with which the individual expressing them is identified.
